However, in the promised new climate of hope and change, I find it upsetting to see Senator Harry Reid and many of his Democratic colleagues turn against one of their own simply because he chose his longtime friend over his party. This blog has been created in an effort to give a voice to those who believe that Senator Lieberman should not be punished for choosing friendship over politics. If we don’t raise our voice, who will? “We are the ones we have been waiting for.”
